Got Screwdriver?

I have been using my Granddaughters Hello Kitty sewing machine since my Spegial quit working.  Hers had no power cord or instructions.  While I was using it a a crop it got jammed up and I needed to take the plate under the presser foot out.  I tried every screwdriver I could find and none would fit in the small area.  I was stuck!  One of the ladies said she would get a small one when she went home that night but that meant that day was a waist.  I decided I needed to find one that was small enough to keep in by tool kit and have it at the ready when I need it.
My husband always goes to Harbor Freight so I told him the next time he goes that I wanted to go too.  I actually love to go there and look for things that I can use in my crafting and they are way cheaper too.
Here is the set that I bought.  It was only $2.99

Of course you know I could not leave it in that package and I could not put it in my tool kit by itself, because I would never find it when I needed it.  So I fired up my Cricut Easy Press and opened up Design Space and I came up with this design.  I had some leftover muslin bags that were in my stash.  So here it is all Ironed on.

The little set fit perfect in the little bag.  So now it is always together and I can find it easily in my tool kit.

It looks so cute in the bag all tied up.

This was so easy and simple to do.  In total it only took me 15 mins from start to finish.
Here is the cut file if you would like to use it.

Baby Onesies

Here are 2 of the Baby Onesies that I made for my Friends Granddaughter.  I love how they turned out.  I am going overboard on my Iron-on stuff but I am having a great time doing them.
I don't have any pressing pillows but so far a folded up beach towel works just fine.
I used Cricut Black Iron-on and my Cricut Easy Press.  Everything is cut on my Cricut Maker

I used Cricut Black Iron-on for the Factor Audio and
Cricut Green Iron-on Foil

Using their logo was an after thought but I think they will love it.

2 down and 3 more to go!  LOL

Fresh Cut Trees

Related Posts Plugin for WordPress, Blogger...

Here is my first attempt on the SVG file from Better Life Blog on FB.  I made a couple of mistakes but I like how it turned out.  I still want to make holes in the tree and light it up and one hole where the head light is.  I will post a picture when I get it finished.
Here is is so far.

I used Cricut Iron-on HTV

Black
Red

Iron-On Foil
Green
Silver
I cut everything with my Cricut Maker and Ironed it all on with my Cricut Easy Press!  The Easy Press make it so easy.
It will be a piece of cake now that I have made one.  I can break down all the pieces to cut multiples on each mat to get the most out of my vinyl.

You can't see how shinny the Tree and the silver for the wheels are but it turned out great.  I did not let the tree cool enough before I pull off the carrier sheet and I do know better!  Lesson learned!

The Canvas is 11x14 from Wal-Mart it came as a 2 pack for $5.00.

I would like to make more of these as gift for next year.
