Victorian Tea Light Lantern Box
I order a velum pack from QVC about 10 years ago and I think this was one of them. Who knows after that long but I am using it now.
I was feeling very girly and this is what I came up with. I made all the layers in my Gypsy so I can make lots of them. No more Rose velum though but lot of other ones.
I think the tag is so cute too.
Here it is in the dark with the Tea Light lit.
Thanks for stopping by my blog and taking a look. These would make great Mother's Day gifts don't you think?
You can see more things I have made using Tea Lights here.
All products used are Close To My Heart except the velum piece.
I used the Art Philosophy and the Artiste Cartridge to make it all. I love every cut they make. I keep saying "my Cricut does the work and I take all the credit" I love that I can tell it to auto fill a page a 12 x12 sheet of cardstock and it calculates how many it can put on it. Works for me!!!
Order your Art Philosophy and Artiste Cartridge here.
I might have to make a youtube video for this one. Leave me a comment if you would like to see that.

Tea Light and Art Philosophy
I thought that I would share this today. It is a 0 calorie tiny cake inspired by the Birthday Pop at Starbucks. Every time I see it that is excatly what I think of. I just love making these. They make me smile.
I used one of the Flowers on the Art Philosophy Cartridge as well as 2 different scallop circles on the cartridge too. I used the 1 1/4" Circle punch in the center of the 2" scallop on the bottom to give you access to the battery and the on/off switch. Or if you have a Gypsy you can design it with the circle in the center.
I am not near my Cricut to give you all the detail so I will post that soon. But here is the picture and the products used.
All products are CMTH
Ribbon is from the Pink Collection Z1384
Ink Tulip
Blush Cardstock
Sweet Leaf Cardstock

Here are some Favor items for Weddings or Showers
I wanted to share some Wedding Favors and Shower Favors that my DIL and I have made. The little purse is a candy holder, The photo holder is a large binder clip. The Tea Light holder is a box cut from the Wedding Solution Cricut Cartridge, The purse is printed and cut with my Cricut imagine and the Nursery Tails Cartridge. I love doing Wedding invitations, Showers, Weddings, and Baby Showers too. If you need help or ideas just contact me. The Milk Carton is a Sizzix Die Cut.
The Tea light is a battery Tea light. They make a perfect light to put with the paper box.
This is what it looks like with the lights out. Sorry the photo is blurry. I will have to get out my tripod next time. You can imagine these at every plate when you have dimmed all the lights. It is very elegant looking with the flicker of the tea light.
The box is cut at 11.52 or fit to page. The finished box ends up about 3" The tea light is covered with the CMTH scallop punch and pink Ric- rack. I made little flowers and stamped the top scallop with a border stamp that I molded to fit in a circle on the top. That is what is so cool about the CMTH clear acrylic stamp you can bend them to fit a shape that you need. I do that all the time to form fit to my needs. You cannot do that with any other stamps that I know of. That is just one of the things that I love about Close To My Heart. I will post more on these later too.
