This months card swap was at Erin's. It was our Christmas gift exchange and that is always fun! We started the evening off with a little treat holder that Erin made by folding a 6x6 paper, she put a cute and yummy candy in it too. Each of the holders were different.
Jeannine passed out homemade butter-brittle in a fry box that she cut out from the Artist cartridge. Each holder was different too. I love butter-brittle and Chocolate !!
Erin had set a beautifully decorated table with a red table cloth and white embroidered with red napkins. She had a birch centerpiece that was filled with white and green flowers and foliage. I really need to remember to take more pictures. Usually that is not my problem.
Then it was time for the card swap. For this month our theme was a Christmas card or a Tag. Here are Jodie, Donna Jean's, and Erin's.
Next we have Laurie's, Debbie's, Kathy's, mine, and Tamara's. Laurie's was a mouse house stamp and she used copic markers to color it in. Mine was done with all Washi tape. Kathy's was a picture that she found, can you tell she just got back from Hawaii? Debbie cut out a stamped image and placed it on her embossed card. Tamara's was gold embossed and Martha Stewart punches.
That's it for the cards. Now for the tags. I didn't get to make my card for last month so I made a card and a tag for everyone this month. I cut the tag from the Artist cartridge and the book plate is from Fabulous Finds. The image is a free printable from google images. The flowers are from Jo-Ann's and so are the white and gold balls and the silver jingle bell. Pam made her tag and embossed the Merry Christmas. Jeannine cut the mitten from the Artist cartridge. She hide the snowflakes on her Gypsy and then stamped snowflakes where she wanted them. I love the fur that she used for the cuff. Lani embossed her tag then went over it with white ink and punch out the snowman. So cute.
Next it was the desert, Erin made a Bird Nest Cake and it was delicious we all asked for the recipe.
Check out those plates.
When we finished with desert we did our gift exchange. We drew numbers and chose gifts with the option to steal something already picked. I came home with a Bind It All machine. We had such a great time. Thanks Ladies!
I forgot to post the ornament that Tamara made. You can see it here Sorry Tamara!!!!!!

These are the make up cards that Kathy and I brought. I really love all the colors in Kathy's card. Don't you?
