New Food Safe Moulds from Prima

I stopped by It's All About The Scrapbook on Thursday to drop off my project for my March 7 Cricut Chipboard class and of course I could not just drop it off.  I had to check out all the new stuff that they had just gotten in from Creativation 2020.  Wow!  I love it all and want to make something with it all too!
I decided that I wanted to do more with the Prima moulds.  I knew I wanted to see the ones that go with the new Prima papers.  Yep they had them all!  Now, I know I am in trouble.  These Moulds are food safe. You can use them with clay, soap, wax, just about any medium that you want.  Yes you can even use them with Chocolate!
I love old hardware but that is very expensive!  So Prima has a line called Frank Garcia Memory Hardware Decor Moulds and I love them.  I bought what they had, and now, I have to play with them and try out some different techniques I have been wanting to try.
We were heading up to our cabin and since I did plan on this I didn't have anything that I would have used at home.  So I will have to use what I have or wait until I get home.  You know me, I will use what I have.  We shall see how that goes!
I have some waverly chalk paints in a white, elephant, ink.  I also have a set of watercolor paints and some alcohol markes and ink pads.  So that is what I will use.  I didn't have any paper clay but I do have my glue gun.

I have to say that I am in love with these and I will be making lots of them.  They are light and easy to use and because you can paint, stain, or what ever you want to use on them, the sky is the limit.
Here is the one that goes with the Capri line of Prima paper.  I for one am so glad that they are now doing this.  I love to make Mini Albums or not so Mini Albums and these will go perfectly on them and my other crafts too.  This #996079

I used hot glue from my glue gun to fill all the items in the moulds.  These will be so fun on my book to France and also I will have to add it to my Mom's book that I made her for her 95th Birthday.  Sadly she passed away 2 weeks before her birthday but it give me such great pleasure to look thru it.  She was born and raised in the Normandy region of France so you can see why this is so perfect for me to use.  I will show you it in another post.

I love all the door hardware that they have too.  This one is Luxembourgh Hardware #996093

I love the Lion Head door knocker.  You can see what it looks like with the glue just out of the mould and then what it looks like after I painted it.  It's so realistic that I can't believe it.  I love how it turned out and I just painted it with waverly paint and watercolors.  All the imperfection from using the glue gun made it that more realistic.  The pictures do not do it justice at all!  Give it a try.  You can see a video that I did on how I did most of this in a previous post

Here is the Marguerite Hardware #996109

Here is the Montmartre Corners #996086

The next 2 I have not made any of yet so they are next on my list.

Marseille Hardware #996123
