My Phone Case

Here is what I did to my phone case.  It had a clear back on it so I made my self a template and then cut out one of my favorite pieces of paper from the Chantilly paper pack x7163B.  I just placed it inside the case and now I can put a new paper in it as my mood changes.

I really like that I am not limited to just one cover.  I will be changing it a lot.

Peace Sign Birthday Card

Here is the card that I made for my Granddaughter Birthday.  Like I said in the last post she love Owls, Peace Signs, and Flower Power.  Funny that those are all thing that were big when I was young too.

I cut the card from the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge and the Peace Sign from the Cars Cricut Cartridge.  The Banner was a scrap piece that I had and just cut the ends out.  I popped up the peace sign with 3D foam tape Z1151

Paper flowers, Butterfly, and Silver mesh Flower and the little flowers are discontinued but were perfect for this project.

Owl Birthday Card for my Grandaughter

Here is a birthday card that my DIL made for my Granddaughter. I think it is the cutest thing I have seen and so creative.

She made the wings open up and wrote on the front.   This is such a cute card and my Granddaughter just loved it.  Owls, Peace Signs and Flower Power are back in a big way.

Here are the wings open.  What a great idea this was.  My DIL is very talented.

She cut everything out using the CTMH Artiste Cricut cartridge.

Here are the measurements that I have had several requests for:

 

Body is cut @ 5", 4.75, 2.5 Artiste

Eyes, Beak, and feet are @ 4" Hide everything but what you to cut out.

wings are the leaf from Art Philosophy @ 3.75

How To Make the Layer for the Swing Card

Here is the Part 2 to the Swing Card that I made awhile back.  I had a couple of you ask me how I made the mat layer for the card.  So this is it.  It is really pretty easy to do, but it is hard to explain.  If you just play around with the layers you will see what I am talking about.  Let me know if you would like to see anything else.
